Tyler is a very personable and respectful Athletic Trainer. I had my first round of dry needling. It was a new and interesting experiencing that Tyler walked me through. I felt better pretty soon after. Sadly, I lifted a bit too heavy 3 days after... Tyler, I may need your services again. All-in-all, he is reasonable for cost. It is all out of pocket. Still, worth it.
I have worked with Tyler for programming for over a year now and I cannot say enough good things about him. I have seen countless improvements in my strength, conditioning, overall fitness, and body composition. Tyler is knowledgeable and extremely talented. He keeps things interesting so you do not get bored with your training. We communicate often and he actually listens and incorporates your wants in respect to your needs of a workout.
I went to Tyler after a mild back injury that I just couldn’t seem to get over. He started programming my training and rehab sessions and the improvement I’ve had in my back pain (or lack of) as well as my strength and fitness has been outstanding! I cannot say enough great things about his programming.
