Somehow this company got my personal info and decided to harass me for 2 weeks with phone calls every hour. When asked to be removed from calling list they became argumentative and refused to transfer to management to file a complaint.

The worst. They made what should have been an enjoyable experience into a nightmare. 1st closing day, on the day the mortgage company said we can't close because the appraiser said the property was in a flood zone, the survey was done incorrectly and they had to have a new survey. A week later, closing stopped again because the survey wasn't typed up in time. Of course "Brad" doesn't roll out of bed until noon and couldn't be reached to find out what's going on. I had a highly disappointing experience with Brad Wagner at this mortgage lending firm. After submitting my application, I was left in the dark for two weeks without any updates. When I finally reached out for clarification, Brad admitted to forgetting about my application entirely. Moreover, his constant snacking during our calls was unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, an unpleasant and untrustworthy experience.
