It was extremely unprofessional that Suzanne Squier, who prepared our 2024 business tax returns for Hot Works, LLC and Peak Productions, Inc., completely failed to follow up on our personal tax return. Despite multiple attempts to reach her, she never responded to my calls or provided any update on the status of the return, ultimately leaving my husband and me scrambling to file an extension at the last minute. This place does not return your phone calls or respond to your emails,I would look elsewhere for Tax support.
Supposedly, one of the better options for dealing with the IRS as an expat. However, we can't confirm that as we've not really seen them actually do anything. They never respond to inquiries and always seem to be busy elsewhere. Might be beneficial to shop around for a vendor anxious for new customers as opposed to an older group relying upon a perhaps well earned but a bit threadbare reputation wise.
