I saw Elizabeth for monthly appointments for around six months to help me "reset" and get more grounded. The time with her was so helpful! She listens well and asks good questions. The energy work on the table was relaxing and the exercises and tools she suggested were great. I plan to continue to see her for "tune-up" visits as needed. I highly recommend her!
