I have placed many orders with them and have never had an issue with anything - product or service. They are my go to site for anything to do with pens and turning. They have earned my business and loyalty.

Ordered pen blanks. Never arrived. I believe that they were lost in the mail. Exotic blanks was very dismissive of my inquiry. Now they blocked me from purchasing from them. Very petty people.
