I ordered over $100 worth of product from ExoticBlanks. Everything was great with one exception … 7mm pen tubes that would not fit on my mandrel. I contacted the company via email and requested how to go about getting the items replaced. They responded saying the problem was probably on my end and that I needed to sand my mandrel. Instead of sanding the mandrel I just purchased a new one, tested it at Woodcraft where I purchased it and it worked fine.
