Exotic transportation is the perfect combination of peace of mind, luxury and superior customer service. My boyfriend and I used them for transportation to and from cruise port and hotels in Miami and I must say this is the way it should be done!!!!! This was the cherry on top to our beautiful vacation. We will definitely use them again and would recommend anyone to use their service!!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share what happened. I booked a charter with this yacht company expecting a smooth and relaxing experience, but it turned out to be the opposite. The yacht was a disaster, and the captain showed up 30 minutes late. The inside smelled and was unable to use as the sheets on the bed had been used and solo cups everywhere. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had with a yacht rental. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. The boat was absolutely filthy (photos provided) they said they would provide water and there was none - we had to take a detour to buy water which we had to pay for ourselves, the boat captain double charged us a captains fee ($400!) and we ended up losing time on the boat because he was late and the detour to get water took us “an hour and 15 min out of the way” we tried to address all the issues and were fa... read more

Expierence was exceptional from start to finish! This car was amazing—I absolutely loved it, and so did my son. The entire experience was seamless, and I will definitely rent from them again. 10/10!
