Do not do business with this fraudulent company. I reserved a car with them and they never showed up to deliver the car on the day of pick up. They sent me a text 2 hours after pick up time saying they won’t be able to deliver and they will issue a refund. After a week of waiting for my refund, I called my bank and reported it as fraud. When my bank reversed the transaction, they charged my card again. After calling my bank a second time to report it, they charged my credit card for a third time. Most unprofessional experience ever. My reservation was canceled day of without any prior notice or communications. Seriously, ruined my day.

Terrible service! Canceled the reservation after showing up for pickup! No explanation. Very rude and disrespectful. Seems like they’re money hungry. Screwed up my buddy’s big day and left us scrambling for back up plans. If you want your big day to go perfect, avoid this business. No need to risk it. Try Turo or anything else that more professional.
