Very disappointing service don't use. Took deposit September 2016 and still no goods. No communication, very hard to contact, Karen Free at business doesn't attend to messages.
Placed an enquiry via their website and a direct email to Karen with no response. Sent her a text and received a reply that she hadn't seen the enquiry and would check. Never heard back, so tried to prompt a response by placing an order on the website, which they would need to contact me for payment. Got no response that way either. Absolutely terrible customer service. Like others have said, don't bother. Why have online ordering if you don't want people's business?
