The car never showed up despite confirming with the company just the day prior. They never picked up the phone when the car was a no show. Cannot get in touch with a representative even now, days later. This company is a SCAM. Seems if someone else wants the car for longer than you, they will not honor your original reservation and not even tell you that the car will not be delivered. They ripped me off! I rented a car for my son's wedding and they never showed up . Took my deposit and payment . Now they refuse to respond and they have blocked my phone number!
Takes days for a representative to get back to you. I waited almost five days just for a response to a question about my quote. Terrible communication and would not recommend renting from here.
