I reserved a car with them 4 months in advance as I knew it’s probably gonna get busier closer to my reservation date, I called twice 2 weeks before the initial pick up asking if the vehicle would be there, even a day before my pickup was supposed be due they called and told me the vehicle I rented would be there, but somehow on the day I was supposed to pick up they didn’t have the vehicle, avoid these guys at all costs, I tried my best understanding and asking for alternatives but they had nothing similar to the reservatio... read more
