We booked a exotic car and came from a long way just to see it was closed. No one gave info to us and they didnt even reply to our calls.
We got the rental car last minute and we booked at a satellite office by accident versus the main Enterprise car place near the cruise port. Even though it was the day before thanksgiving, Someone came and met us and got us setup and on our way quickly. Great experience and customer service!
