Very seamless process for my rental needs

Very poor customer service here, especially considering this is an “exotics” location. I had requested updates about a rental vehicle that was in their inventory set to be available on August 12th, and after many attempts to reach them - I never heard back. No update, no alternative options, no call backs. Very disappointing after years of renting with Enterprise. I will be switching to another rental service once my vehicle repairs are done.
Excellent service by Hysum. Thank for you Hysum for going out of your way and getting me what I needed. This is the reason I always choose this location.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Although I picked up the car at a nearby Enterprise, they were quite willing to drop it off at my house. Pickup and drop off was seamless.
