Where do I even begin… from start to finish this rental has been such a pleasant experience. From the super swift and easy pick up/drop off to all of the great customer service I can’t say enough good things. Oh and I haven’t even mentioned the absolutely beautiful Porsche 911 carrera cabriolet that they put me up in for a couple of days! This Enterprise location doesn’t provide any accommodations for pick up at local locations or anything. My reservation was canceled a few days before pickup without my permission. I wish I would have rental from Turo.The customer service is subpar. I was expecting so much better.
Mike M. went above and beyond to make my rental from Enterprise Exotics as easy and smooth as possible. He kept me updated and answered any questions i had. He was there for me anytime i had concerns. Mike is truly an asset to this company and if it had not been for his help and easy going, i wouldve taken my business elsewhere. I regret not dealing with Enterprise and him in my past rentals. I will tell anyone and everyone i know the level of customer service care that Mike puts forth.
Mike is one of the managers here at enterprise and let me say that he definitely went above and beyond when he didn't have to, I was given a Porsche Cayenne and was more than thrilled to drive it around town. I recommend anyone to rent from this exotics location
