Is great customer service
Initially contacted them months before the desired date I needed the car and provided insurance weeks before the date I needed the car. I also followed up multiple times (because the car was for my wedding day) and the agent was starting to get irritated. However, the agent did not decide to check my insurance until the day before my wedding (only after I reminded him again) I needed the car and informed me that I am not covered for exotic vehicles and cannot rent from them. For any important events I would avoid.
Excellent x 10 , called at 4pm needing a premium SUV. Arrived at 4:30 by uber ,in and out in 12 min literally. The SUV was beyond premium. Ask for DJ !
