Worst service ever. Manny the area manager is training his staff to be a pack of wolves. This is sad because enterprise used to be a safe place for customers. Now expect to be treated like a number. Rude management

Enterprise used to be the go to car rental because of the top notch service they offered. My experience today at 1 pm with the fine folks working at 17th and Wilshire told me the times have changed. The employees I worked with couldn’t have been less polite. Despite paying for the largest car (a third row) enterprise offered, they told me I had in fact paid for a smaller car which couldn’t have accommodated the size of our group.
