I had an excellent experience with Enterprise thanks to Dylan and Jack. This was my second time using this location, and for the second time, I’m impressed. They helped me get a car in under 5 minutes, incredibly fast and efficient! Both were very polite, friendly, and professional. The car I received was amazing as well. I wouldn’t recommend this Newport Beach location to my worst enemy. I came in for a class-for-class swap after an accident with my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. You’d expect an ‘Exotic’ collection in 2026 to be cutting-edge, but they claimed they didn't have a single hybrid available. Even though I saw Lucid Airs and Mercedes EQS models sitting right there, I was told 'no.' When I asked for the German luxury cars (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), I was told they were all 'reserved.'
