I had an excellent experience with Enterprise thanks to Dylan and Jack. This was my second time using this location, and for the second time, I’m impressed. They helped me get a car in under 5 minutes, incredibly fast and efficient! Both were very polite, friendly, and professional. The car I received was amazing as well. I wouldn’t recommend this Newport Beach location to my worst enemy. I came in for a class-for-class swap after an accident with my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. You’d expect an ‘Exotic’ collection in 2026 to be cutting-edge, but they claimed they didn't have a single hybrid available. Even though I saw Lucid Airs and Mercedes EQS models sitting right there, I was told 'no.' When I asked for the German luxury cars (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), I was told they were all 'reserved.' Good value
Nick was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to accommodate us with our rental, leaving us frustrated and feeling unwelcome. Enterprise employees are usually the opposite of that.
