Nick was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to accommodate us with our rental, leaving us frustrated and feeling unwelcome. Enterprise employees are usually the opposite of that.
Just finished a one week rental with this Enterprise location and it was the most positive rental experience I’ve had anywhere. Staff was very responsive by phone and very helpful when there to pick everything up. Staff was also very helpful, kind, and professional. Will definitely remember this experience and rent here in the future.
Great service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was referred here by Land Rover Newport Beach, and the rental shop exceeded expectations by offering me a larger vehicle than my own, which was in for service. Really appreciated the smooth and generous experience.
