It was amazing!! Worked with jay, she was able to pull off what I thought was impossible. She was able to get the vehicle that I requested at short notice. Arrived, vehicle was ready to go, did paperwork electronically and was out the door with a smile on my face. Terrible service, I had made a reservation days before for a wedding and they cancelled it less than a day before. They had no resolution, and the service was absolutely terrible. Can’t believe they treat their customers with such lack of respect, when they were trusted for an important event.

Last minute reservation for prom. Had some glitches with original reservation, but Frank made it happen with an alternate choice, which was actually perfect! He was alone, but took care of us and everybody else. Be aware that some of the models advertised online are not available at this location.
