This has been the worst rental experience. The location gave me a car with “oil that is below minimum, refill immediately”. This is the worst waste of time. I called the branch multiple times and no one answered and kept getting transferred to “the department that takes care do that”. There is no manager I can speak to. I’m on vacation and this is the worst experience with a car rental I have ever had.
