If you happen to find yourself at the Palm Springs enterprise at the airport, do you wanna save yourself some time and stress see my man Kiko at the counter he’ll take care of everything. I made a luxury vehicle rental reservation and didn’t realize you had to do it within 24 hours. Kiko informed me of the process, but also let me know that he would take care of it and make it happen, which she did hard to find customer service like this now.

Checkout wasnt ideal, but we left with a vehicle (it was feeling dicey even though I had booked an Exotic 6 weekes in advance. The return crew was phenomenal and even got us a baggage cart for our luggage so we didn't feel like donkeys trekking to the airport. I always use Enterprise. They have proven to me they are committed to customer care from top to bottom. Their boots on the ground are phenomenal -- training they receive shines through.
