Checkout wasnt ideal, but we left with a vehicle (it was feeling dicey even though I had booked an Exotic 6 weekes in advance. The return crew was phenomenal and even got us a baggage cart for our luggage so we didn't feel like donkeys trekking to the airport. I always use Enterprise. They have proven to me they are committed to customer care from top to bottom. Their boots on the ground are phenomenal -- training they receive shines through.
