I reserved a BMW X5 but got an X7 for no additional cost. Great job guys.
Customer service wise Zac and brendan were awesome, everything is perfect.The BMW X7 which I rented was amazing but that was a Luxury vehicle and not an exotic car. I wish they had exotic cars
I rented an SUV here this week and everything was quite unorganized, despite me calling to confirm my own reservation, the time I was picking up, and being as clear as possible as to what kind of class of SUV I expected with reassurance it shouldn’t be a problem (as I know nothing is guaranteed). Upon arriving no one was at the store, I had to call the enterprise across the parking lot to have someone come help me (this also happened twice where I arrived and the door was locked) I understand they were short staffed and work... read more
