Enterprise tends to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service and this location is no exception, everything was smooth and professional and I would recommend them highly.

Let me start by saying, the staff at Enterprise is kind as usual, but the experience overall left much to be desired. I knew my flight was delayed and my arrival would be after the counter closed. I called ahead and was delighted to find out I could still check in through one of the Enterprise sister companies as they are both 24 hrs! Upon arrival I approached both sister counters to find that both were closed as well. The signage simply stated the positions were closed. The customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, quick, and helpful, all of which is great when you come in on a late flight and just want to get to where you're staying. For me, they didn't have the car in the right size that I had requested, so they just bumped me to a nicer car at no charge. Well satisfied.
