Drove 4 hours to surprise my boyfriend with an exotic car. Reserved it weeks ahead of time. Employee stated they were not aware of my reservation. Waited 1.5 hours to hear that they did not have a car available. This is 2 times in the past week Enterprise has not fulfilled my reservation due to an error in their system.
Booked a rental and was told that they didn't have the vehicle that I rented. I asked for a discount because they wanted me to take a vehicle that wasn't even in the same class. I was told that I wouldn't get a discount and would be charged the same rate. The person on the phone then got a mad, and hung up the phone on me. Been trying to get this resolved for months. You get told to "email this person" for your email to get ignored. Terrible company.
The enterprise exotics division gave me a Maserati with a dirty exterior and curb rash on the back driver wheel. In addition, the door sills were also covered in dirt. The heat in the vehicle only works if it’s all the way up to high and if you turn it below 85 it feels like the A/C is on and it’s below 60. Not a good selection of vehicles. Will reconsider this option when I fly in next week.
They didn’t answer my calls and didn’t respond email as well. I’m wondering if there is any other phone number I can contact to.. I’m so nervous if I can not get a rent car even though I made a reservation through their website
