Dropped a friend off to pick up her rental. Not only did Google Maps only give directions to the rental car "return", there was no entrance into picking up a car. And signage was horrible. After going around twice, she got out of my car, and hopped over the barrier to get to the office. That's crazy not right.

We reserved a luxury electric car for a special occasion. At check-in, we were told the car was being prepped and would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When we got to the garage, we were told to wait another 10-15 minutes, which turned into 48 minutes. Tucker, the manager, then informed us they didn't have an electric car available. These guys are really bad about communicating with customers. They never answer their phone and Enterprise central can’t tel you what cars they have available. Fail for customer service leading up and during rental. They are nice when you get there, but not all set up for what I would call luxury service. If you want a luxury car you will be very disappointed. They will never answer the phone for you to let them know what you want.
