Rented a Maserati. It was later and they were closing soon. The agent pulled the car up for me left it running and handed me the keys. I got in drove off and stopped in Rock Hill at CVS. Turned off the car got out and couldn’t lock the door. After about 3 hours being on call with Enterprise we discovered the agent had 2 sets of keys in his pocket for different Maseratis because he gave me a different one than the original and he handed me the wrong keys. Rented the Cadillac Escalade for a week. When I picked it up it looked like it has never been washed on the exterior , windows were spotted, and interior had stained carpets. One would expect these vehicles to be meticulously cleaned due to the high rental prices, but no. Unimpressed, so I probably won’t be throwing the extra $$$$ to one of these exotic rentals when the basic rentals are typically kept much cleaner. Do better, Enterprise. There is a higher expectation for this rental market.
Kevin and Joi are the best of the best! I'm a lifelong enterprise member and they are without a doubt the most helpful employees I have encountered yet. Went above and beyond for me and I will be back!
Best enterprise in Charlotte to rent from. Nicest staff I’ve ever came across. Kevin looks intimidating since he’s so big and muscular, but he’s super nice. Joi is A sweetheart and always has A smile on her face, ready to help you. If I could give this location 10 stars I certainly would.
