Rent a car on yesterday and staff member (Ryan) who helped me was really helpful!
Very bad service. Reserved my vehicle and I was told to come pick it up anytime before 6pm. Went there to pick it up 4pm and door was locked and no one answered any calls. The door even had hours posted saying open until 6pm. Finally called second location in San Francisco and the person said we will take care of us but never heard back.
