You may have a reservation on paper but that does not guarantee anything. They will not have a car for you.
Such a bad experience trying to rent a car from this place. Didn’t have the vehicle I booked, or anything remotely in the same class (luxury full size sedan). Alternative options were very poor. Really messed up my plans for the day. Ended up canceling due to unsuitable options, staff don’t care. Very disappointing
Very badly served on the part of the employees of this place are rude nothing kind they should put staff who know how to treat the customer do not visit this place is not good 🤨
