Absolutely Exceptional. Don't bother travelling to a secondary location and waiting in the long lines at PHX when you can be treated like royalty at this Scottsdale location all while being only 10 minutes away from the airport. Customer service was fantastic, every part of it, from arrival to return. Price was half the cost of the rentals at the airport. This Enterprise franchise has gained a long time loyal support of the brand. THIS is how you capture market share!! Thanks again.
We called to check what was available because we needed a SUV or something that my 6'4" husband could fit into and was told that they had plenty to choose from this was a hour before they closed so my husband rushed there even though we only live 10 min. away and they only had one vehicle a Ford Edge and when he opened the door it smelled really bad.
