Customer service is Terrible, Sinitia was no help she seems to always be in a hurry I am a frequent customer and they tell you they are going to check and give you a call back and NOT ONCE did I ever get a call back I have to keep calling. Like do you guys have the cars or not it’s that simple. It happens every time I call to make a reservation. I once told her to reserve a car for me 2 weeks in advance.
