I have been going to this location for a while they go above and beyond great service. I have experienced other rental companies, but I always end up back at Enterprise and use them for over a decade and will continue to. And one thing that I like most, they have an amazing staff from Liz ,Timiro ,Damian , Joe to name a few .there amazing at there job and very helpful
I had a horrible time dealing with Enterprise customer service. I returned the car at 9:30am, a few hours early and was told a receipt would be sent. After 5 calls to customer service, the vehicle was still not closed out and I never received a receipt indicating my return. I had to drive back into Boston at 8:00pm and head to the “customer service kiosk” myself to get this resolved. Save yourself the time and hassle and go with another rental company. When the first car we were given left us stranded, Enterprise arranged a tow and provided an identical car the next day. We were pleased with the financial accommodation they offered, which was exactly what we were prepared to argue for! Good service and good people.
