I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. I booked a vehicle a month in advance, only to be told on the day of my reservation that the vehicle I reserved was not available. The only alternative offered was $500 more than my original reservation. What is the point of making a reservation if it's not honored? This experience was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, and I expect better from Enterprise.
The employees here are rude especially the management. Manny is the area manager and they are following in his footsteps. Enterprise used to be top notch but now they have lost their way. Customers are not first at all. I had to give 1 star but they deserve nothing
Horrible service
They don’t answer phone and when you try to leave a message, the mailbox is full!
