There is one agent who is an absolute delight. I am totally gatekeeping who it is. Customer service is always impeccable.
Accidentally left some items in rental car! They saved the day. Held it aside, called me, and I was able to collect it 3 days later. Amazing caring, considerate staff. Kudos to this amazing Seguin team & Of course Mariela for bringing the Porsche over!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Props to Angel and Cooper!!! Sincere thanks for going the extra mile.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly caution anyone renting from this location. Between insurance and out-of-pocket payments, over $7,000 was paid toward this rental (including $3,000 from Safeco and multiple personal payments: $1,900, $1,600 on March 7, and $800 on March 25). Despite this, I was told I still owed more money—with no clear or accurate accounting.
