Never used this place so I didn’t give it one star but, I was referred by my doctor. Called the number listed and got a weird voice saying “what’s up” no response. Then an automation asking in a different voice “why are you calling” I called back twice and the voice changed almost like AI or computer voice saying similar things. No response by a person. Very strange. Very unprofessional. I immediately called back to my doctor and got my referral changed to a different company.
My mother, at 90 years old, was having tremendous pain in her hip. Dr. Laura Lenderman did an extensive evaluation on her, helped her with the correct injection and then referred her to EXOS PT. Thanks to Dr, Lenderman, David, and Walker my mom is walking again with minimal pain. During her PT, the Therapists take great care in explaining every exercise and why she needs to do it. They have truly changed the quality of her life. What a team at Lenderman Clinic!
