Purchased tyres from Goodyear with a tyre protection plan. After 12 months had a puncture which was not repairable but they advised they do not honour a protection plan as they are a franchise. Very poor service & response.
I had my brakes done and then some. Same day too! Nice people. Comfy waiting area. Price did not kill me.
When I needed a set of new tyres they found a low cost yet high performance set. Good as their word my car now steers true, easy, and silent with positive road contact and sure braking in the rain.
