I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage that was had the description on the online booking of full body massage including back, neck, shoulders, scalp, legs, and arms. I also added a facial that noted would include a facial massage. However, at least 15 minutes of my session were lost because the girl took a long time to return to the room after I finished changing, and then she took several minutes before starting the massage once she entered. Did not have a good experience here I came for a blowout and the service was not up to par with the price (paid $68) The shampoo was super quick although the description said “soothing scalp massage.” The blow dry was not good as well. She did not ask what I wanted but rather did whatever she felt like. At the end I told her to do what I wanted but she kept saying to be “natural.” I am not sure what she meant but it really made me more upset.
