DO NOT GO HERE for diagnosis. I cannot believe the lack of intelligence i was subject to today. Idk what changed at this shop, but its night and day different from when I came to yall years ago. Shameful.
Myself and my family have come here for years and always been happy with the work and the price. I came here yesterday for a drive-up oil change, and went straight home after. Today, I noticed I had oil leaking I. My driveway so I called them and let them know I was on my way. This was right before closing time, I got there within 15 min & they had me pull in as soon as I got there. I’ve been going here for several years for oil changes with no issue, but here’s how my last two visits went… Went a few weeks ago on Saturday. They close at 1:30. I got there at 11:30 and a guy came out and told me they were closing. I mentioned they were open till 1:30 and he said they were slow and decided to close early. I went to Jiffy Lube.
