I was fortunate enough to have been the beneficiary of my friend Allie’s great planning skills. Her Bali dreams brought me to the Exhale Yoga Retreat, one of the best experiences of my life. What an incredible retreat experience! I joined the 9-day Dream retreat in Bali with a group of 12 other yogis joining from different parts of the world, whom I feel so grateful for to have the opportunity to get to know. Besides the daily group yoga practices in those beautiful shalas, some of my other favorite experiences were jungle dance, sound bath, rice field visit and trying surfing for the first time.
