From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by warm, exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The magnesium pools, nestled in nature, offer pure relaxation, and the encouragement and positive energy from the team make it even more special. The hot sauna is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Truly a 10/10 experience—peaceful, rejuvenating, and unforgettable!
I had an amazing experience at Exhale! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The magnesium baths, saunas and ice baths were the perfect way to unwind. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to relax and recharge! Five stars!

I recently spent some time in Yamba visiting a close friend, my friend took me to Exhale for a spa treatment. The spas, sauna and ice baths was great for my body and health, the minerals in the spas were so good for my skin, my skin still feels fabulous days later.
