I recently spent some time in Yamba visiting a close friend, my friend took me to Exhale for a spa treatment. The spas, sauna and ice baths was great for my body and health, the minerals in the spas were so good for my skin, my skin still feels fabulous days later. I'm so grateful for the opening of Exhale Yamba! It's so much more than a beautiful spa and bath house, with many health, wellness and beauty treatments to choose from and regular special events. I see Sarah for cosmetic tattooing and Makensie for spinal energetics and myotherapy. Exhale is an amazing space, beautifully set up with lovely staff and lots of thoughtful touches that add to the revitalizing experience. With so much to offer, I highly recommend a visit to Exhale!
Both myself and my partner have just walked out of our couples breathwork space at Yutorie Breathwork. It was one of the most amazingly beautiful and healing spacet to be in.Brad you really do have the gift of healing and teaching the art of being present with each other and ourselves.A space to feel free of judgement and just come back to the breath.
