From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by warm, exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The magnesium pools, nestled in nature, offer pure relaxation, and the encouragement and positive energy from the team make it even more special. The hot sauna is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Truly a 10/10 experience—peaceful, rejuvenating, and unforgettable!
I had an amazing experience at Exhale! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The magnesium baths, saunas and ice baths were the perfect way to unwind. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to relax and recharge! Five stars!
Such a beautiful way to spend the afternoon, so relaxing and relaxed. Lovely clean facilities, staff were great and we appreciated the tea station. 100% recommend
Went there today with Hubby. Was such an invigorating experience. We have never been so cold in our lives, but we survived!!!!The cold was balanced by the soothing warmth in the magnesium spa and infra-red sauna. The staff were so welcoming. Highly recommended 👌
