This was my 1st ever massage after several chiropractic visits for a pulled muscle in my back, 1,00000% recommend!!! I felt like I was floating on a cloud after I left and now this morning ALL pain in my back is gone! I will definitely be going every couple weeks from now on.
One of the best experiences you will endure. I had a bad pain from the midsection of my back down to my calf for over a month, and she was able to work out months of stress and muscle trauma within an hour. I recommend 10 out 10. But be prepared the muscles are not forgiving when you've ignored them for a while. But the pain is worth it, because the lasting pain is gone afterwards.
My wife called Exhale to see if she worked on Sciatica Nerve and she said she does. Wow, is all I can say. She worked me over and I felt amazing when I left. Can't wait to go back again. It is not a fix, but it sure takes the edge off.
