Brianna is by far the best RMT I have ever visited. I prefer therapeutic deep tissue treatments and she works magic. Very personable, but not too talkative (just the right amount). Focused on treating the issues and has brought relief and improved mobility through cupping, hot stones, scraping and stretching - far better and faster than physio or chiropractic. 100% go see her in Spruce Grove!
Brianna at Exhale has magic hands! Very knowledgeable and gives stretches to do in between treatments. Completely fixed my shoulder mobility issue after one session! Highly recommend!
