I cannot say enough great things about Carissa! She is attentive, professional and a great person to share space and time with. I always feel super safe and comfortable with her. She will have you leaving her room feeling 100x better than when you walked in. I would recommend Carissa to anyone looking for a great RMT in the Regina are!
I had some real tense knots in my shoulders and lower back from having slept on a futon mattress on a hardwood floor for two weeks in October (not to mention the stress of daily life). Carissa got to stuff I didn't even realise was there. Her deft, gentle technique sought out even the most miniscule stress in my rotator cuffs and spinal muscles. Carissa provided an excellent massage. The space was clean, and conducive to relaxation.
Carissa is a super knowledgeable massage therapist and came as a recommendation. But if an appointment is booked she is always canceling last minute. So far I have only been able to see her once other appointments she has just canceled the same day anywhere from couple of hours prior to the appointment. My last appointments didn’t even happen. There was no compensation or offer for Next appointment to be reduced. Other than that clinic is clean and very welcoming. I will not be returning.
She did an amazing job pulling out all the knots I didnt know were there. Definitely will be back.
