10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WAXING!!! I made a waxing appointment for a Brazilian and the so called "professional" was horrible. She was quite rude and blamed me for her wax not working properly. After over 2 hours I left in tears with hair patches covering my pubic area and the most pain I have ever felt. First time I've had a massage although long overdue, feel much better and have regained some neck and shoulder mobility I lost to an accident years ago !
I have had appointments for massage and waxing, and both experiences were great. The spa is clean, spacious and well maintained, and the staff is welcoming and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!
