I have been here a few times for body work and today me and my youngest went for the Hyperbaric Oxygen Session 60 Minute. I brought a book to look over and son watched the television provided. We were os comfortable. Leaned against the walls, laid back for about 20 minutes and snuggled and then sat up and chatted it up. For years I have said I don’t do massages. I’ve tried many times before and did not enjoy it. I don’t like to be touched, I have mega body image issues, and I struggle to sit still that long.
