I called this place in advance of spending $1000 on vouchers for a treatment and the provider assured me she could do it and we made an appointment....only to be messaged days later for the appointment to be cancelled and to be told it was my responsibility to deal with Groupon's refunds policy (which we all know aren't great). So, now I have no service and am out of pocket and left with dealing with back and forth emails to try and get my money back.
Tina is amazing!! Loved my facial, and the results afterwards. My monthly treat for me is coming to Exhale and treating myself and my skin!
From the moment you meet Tina, you know that you are in capable hands. She is warm embracing, thorough and professional. My first visit was corrective eye liner and eyebrow tattoos. She talked me through the possibilities and certainly improved what was there. You have to be realistic about what she can achieve.
