I have also had a horrible experience with this place. They should not be allowed to prescribe medications to patients. They left me in a very dangerous situation. They are unorganized and very unprofessional!☹️
This practice is horrible. If you or a loved one is transgender, DO NOT GO HERE! My son is transgender and he went to this practice at the beginning of his transition. Despite being very clear with his therapist that he is trans, he was repeatedly misgendered by the therapist and called "ma'am". My daughter, who is NOT transgender also went to this practice and was called "sir"! I do not understand how someone could be so careless and disrespectful, especially in a mental health setting.
