Really disappointed in Exhale. Go ahead and filter the reviews to lowest, because they are mostly all the same issues. I have been a patient here and there throughout the years as has my daughter and husband briefly. Each time, we have left disappointed. Each time, the provider is fired, and I am talking excellent one-of-a-kind type providers. When asking where can we contact said provider, we get a rude attitude about it. I've always felt genuinely supported by this team. They’ve consistently been helpful and patient, offering reassurance whenever I needed it. It’s more than just good service—it feels like family. They truly care about me and always have my best interests in mind. That kind of trust and connection is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful for it.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for mental health services. Owner is unprofessional to the point of being disrespectful. Phones are rarely answered, messages aren’t returned, and 90% of the time the inbox is full and you can’t leave a message. Do not recommend. Again, look elsewhere.
Sharon is EXTREMELY unprofessional. No matter what your issue is, she will be rude and ignorant. I feel terrible for her employees. She is extremely careless.
Sharon the owner of Exhale was my therapist since I was eleven she helped me in ways she will never know. Her and her business are a light in winchester and now Berryville that a lot of people need and can benefit from they are wonderful people!! and I would totally recommend coming here!
