I’ve been seeing Catherine for some time at both the Elbow Room and Garden Room, she has supported me to get through out of control periods, advocate for myself and empowered me through private fertility treatment, which resulted in a positive pregnancy test. I went to see Catherine as I had suffered for 7 weeks with sciatica and was in constant agony. Catherine made me feel at ease straight away. Catherine is a lovely person, she is warm, she listens to your issues, then applies her vast Acupuncture knowledge and experience to tailor your treatment. I was in a very bad place when I started Acupuncture with Catherine, I am so much better now, my mental health has improved so much that I feel back to my usual self, and the frequency of my hot flushes has significantly declined. I decided to give acupuncture a go after trying to conceive for a while with no success. I felt completely comfortable speaking with Catherine who did a full consultation about my lifestyle and health. After just 3 sessions with her, I fell pregnant that month. I continued weekly sessions to help with symptoms during the first trimester and I had no morning sickness. I attended throughout my pregnancy and now have a healthy baby.
