Absolutely one of the worst finance companies I have ever worked with dishonest staff. I got a car finance from day one it went on horrible when I was at the dealership make sure on a later date of month after the 20th Exeter finance agreed and said they can guarantee that my car that was called after trying to get it corrected then after three months to get it, but even then still was not able to get it to the date I have went out of my way to work and make sure that I have been treated like a criminal I have been given for... read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd rather talk to the IRS than these people. They're RUDE, LAZY, CONDESCENDING, & UNORGANIZED! I've been with the company 2 months and am already looking for a new one. I'm even willing to sell my car to get away from these greedy, trashy, sketchy, underhanded, sexist people.
Garcia from customer service really flipped my day from having a lot of anxiety to having that 24hr extension really lifted a lot of weight off my chest.
I got a loan through them but they keep increasing my balance even though my payments are ahead of time and more than my payment. I’ll be seeking legal advice
