When I was down on my luck and just getting out of rehab these people took advantage of me charging 21% interest on a used car. Yes I take resposibility for being in recovery but Exeter Finance has no compassion for me or the situation I was in...Buyer beware and never use these people for anything...predators
The website has been down for over a week. Unable to see any acount info at all. My payment history on my credit report has gone from 100% to 94% due to exeter reporting payments as not on time. When they were. Beyond unimpressed. Looking around at the other reviews, seems I am in company. Can't wait to be done with this financial institution.
One of the worse banks I've dealt with in 30 years as an Automotive GM, paid a vehicle off over 40 days ago and I have tried consistently to get an answer to why such a delay in receiving title. Funds were received in December 2022 and account closed on Jan 8, 2023 and still no title. every phone call made I've received a different answer by mostly very rude reps. Personally would never do business with them.
