Sends your title to an entirely different address then where they have been sending your bills and statements for years, and then they hang up on you when you ask them how to get it!
Would give 0 stars had my car for 3 years I’ve paid over 10,000 the principle balance is more then when I got the car, got it repossessed and got it back just to get it repossessed again the interest rates are terrible it is a complete scam DONT DO IT!!! I’ll have to probably file bankruptcy in order to get this off my credit I’m so sad I’m fucked literally .
They are junk mess with. U do volunteer repo they sit on it and never come get it. They wait until it's time for them put on repo so it hits harder on ur credit report. So they are going to get sued by me.
If I could put 0 stars, I most definitely would! My car was deemed totalled on 4/11/2025, after a rear-end collision caused by an unlicensed driver while I was stopped at a red light. Exeter received a check from my insurance company on 4/24/2025 for the majority of the loan. They were then supposed to file a GAP insurance claim through Allied Solutions, which is the company they use to sell you GAP insurance at the time you refinance your car.
