Because of my “Field-of-Work” and required “accolades” obtained, my reports are ALWAYS locked and monitored daily. Someone from their company, Exeter Finance, tried to open a Loan using my information. I get an alert from my contact with the government, advising me to contact this business (Exeter) and gather information. The website is constantly having issues and there is no one to answer the phones or help you pay a pill or get answers.
Insurance paid my car off after an accident in October 2024. It is January 2025 and they have hit my credit a total of almost 80 points since then. They blame the credit bureau and continue to do nothing to stop my credit from being affected. DO NOT USE THEM, you will regret it!

I've made my ridiculously high payments on time fir a year now. This month, Dec 2024 I was unable to pay. I called and explained that I could make Decembers payment on Jan 7th and that I would also be able to make Januarys payment on time. So December would be about 3 weeks late. She said that was fine. Within a week I started getting calls from a 1 800 number. Never answered. Thought it was a spam call.
