Received a call and message. So I Called to make partial payment and set up other half to come out on debit card a couple days later. A Representatives wanted to chitchat like I’m her spouse or lover and got upset when i refuse to do such. Time is of the essence I called to take care of business not small talk. How the hell you supposed to make a payment when you can't log in. They need to fix their broken down website. All I get is a blank screen. I don't want to talk to them just make a stinking payment.
