This company is one giant SCAM, every single worker was absolutely disgustingly rude especially manager Bri, they tell you to pay X amount of dollars, send a contract over and say you can pick it up next day! You do that sign contract and suddenly tell you that you have to pay another X amount of dollars and that regardless if you pay money they will take your car to auction! Absolutely insane this company needs to be sued and looked into immediately!
The do not fully honor the gap insurance. It was the that time i had to use gap and they are trying to collect over $1600 from me and repotting on my credit report. I just disputing the behave remarks but they refuse to remove it. Gap insurance pays off the car after main insurance pays. Extere for 6 paid for it from insurance and Gap. In owe $0. Do not use these scammers
There is a reason these reviews are absolutely awful on here. Everyone is not lying. Anyways I applied for a loan an was denied , I guess they did me a favor.
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE, I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY RUDE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT ALL. I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN JANUARY 2026 AND THEY WOULDN'T ALLOW MY INSURANCE ACCESS TO MY CAR BUT KEPT REACHING OUT ABOUT A SETTLEMENT AND THEN WHEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY FINALLY GOT PICTURES AND SENT OVER THE SETTLEMENT, THEY WON'T REPLY BACK AND EVERYTIME ME OR THE INSURANCE COMPANY REACHES OUT WE GET THE RUN A ROUND.
My experience with Exeter Finance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I contacted them trying to prevent my vehicle from being repossessed and was told that if I made a payment and accepted an extension on April 24, 2026, it would help secure my account and prevent repossession. They asked me personal questions about my financial hardship and life situation, acting as if they were there to help me keep my vehicle.
