I purchased my car from the used department at Davis Honda in Burlington, New Jersey. I made a large down payment and financed through this company. Four days after buying it, my car vanished. I think this company randomly repossessed my car without any reason and is being deceitful. When I contacted them and the dealership they didn't seem too concerned about it.
Worse bank to deal with!
Zero Stars. Horrible experience the entire time. dealing with this company. Paid off my car loan in full days ahead of the next payment deadline and they reported my account 30 days late after it was paid off. Now I'm still waiting for my title and they sent it to the wrong address. Stay far away!
I would never recommend financing through Exeter Finance. When my car was repossessed, my belongings — including expensive personal items and my boyfriend’s property — were stolen. I reported this immediately and was treated with complete disrespect by a manager named Jennifer Delcourt. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, she spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner, even implying I couldn’t have owned the items I reported stolen.
