Stick to their warranty. Our canopy has been replaced at least 2 times. It has ripped again for the third time and is still under warrant. Our PTA president had to pay an additional $3000.00 just so that Exerplay can replace. This was reported a little before school started this yr which was August 12th. Till now, it being Nov 20 our canopy has not been fixed and our students have no shade.!!!!
