Staff was helpful and nice, my driver (Sam) was incredibly kind and also gave some useful information about the city. Quick ride, fair price, easy procedure. Highly recommended
Received exceptional above and beyond service booking the night before at 9pm after hours but was met with nothing but compassion and professionalism. For a small family business they will do everything they can be accomodating. I will recommend this service to friends and family going forward. Great service
Courteous and professional: we booked a holiday package that included transfers between Cairns Airport and our accommodation with Exemplar Coaches. Our two drivers were courteous and drove safely. Our flight to Cairns arrived early, however, there was not an earlier pick-up to take us to the hotel. For the return to the airport, the coach was on time. We are happy with the service provided by Exemplar. If multiple people in your party, it might be worthwhile comparing cost of taxi/Uber with cost of transfer service.
