Courteous and professional: we booked a holiday package that included transfers between Cairns Airport and our accommodation with Exemplar Coaches. Our two drivers were courteous and drove safely. Our flight to Cairns arrived early, however, there was not an earlier pick-up to take us to the hotel. For the return to the airport, the coach was on time. We are happy with the service provided by Exemplar. If multiple people in your party, it might be worthwhile comparing cost of taxi/Uber with cost of transfer service.
Gave us an incorrect pickup time. When they did not arrive we requested a refund, but they refused. We had to catch a flight and their opposition arranged to pick us up.
We have been visiting Far North Queensland for more than 30 years and have travelled from Cairns to Port Douglas with a number of transfer companies. We were met at Cairns Airport by Dave. He was terrific! Dave was great to talk to and was a very safe driver. He expertly drove us and another couple to Port Douglas.
