We were a party of nine which included two 4 month old infants. Our airport pickup went smoothly, but our return trip was extremely unsatisfactory and expensive. To begin with the driver arrived 15 minutes late. He did not have the infant capsules fitted and then wasted another 15 to 20 minutes fitting them. Consequently we missed our flight and had to book another flight. This company’s after service was poor and took no responsibility for their drivers errors, but rather made excuses. Enjoyed the journey to Port Douglas with Trevor. Showed us around and helped us get our bearings on arrival, found out we had some friends in common which was quite a surprise.
Trevor (aka Tiger) was wonderful. He dealt very sensitively with a traver with some pretty dire personal hygiene issues and was still able to get us to our destination on time and relaxed. Highly recommended.
